Lounge Area - Our lounge is a comfortable, inviting space designed for relaxation and preparation. A make-up and dressing room mirror allows for easy touch-ups and wardrobe adjustments, while plush, cushioned seating offers a cozy spot to unwind. A fully adjustable lighting system creates a calming atmosphere, and the room is kept cool with a well-ventilated air system, ensuring a refreshing escape from the hustle of the set.

SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION/QUOTE

-No smoking inside of the building

-Outside catering is allowed

-No Glitter/Confetti, pigment, sand, powder, or any other hard to clean substance, listed specifically or not, without first notifying us, and having a proper art dept in place to accommodate it

-Excessive messes not cleaned during session will be charged a $150 cleaning fee

-CYC walls and floor are kept white but not necessarily painted before each booking. You may paint the cove area with the understanding it must be returned to white at the end of the booking. Or we can paint it for you at an additional cost plus the cost of paint and materials

-No food or drink inside cyclorama room

-Auto collection is for looking, not touching, please

-Payment expected within 24hrs of invoice date

-$100/hr overtime rate

INSURANCE:

All renters must provide a certificate of Insurance with liability coverage with Bossman Studios, LLC listed as additional insured and must be emailed prior to booking. Renter accepts all responsibility of any and all equipment or space damaged during your rental.
